- I have had an interesting and rewarding work history so far. It has taken me down several paths and provided me with experience that has added to my overall understanding of corporate, commercial, accounting, financial, strategic issues – and all of the other elements that drive good business in a competitive marketplace. I have had the chance to explore effective management tactics and processes and that has been valuable. Good management relies on an understanding of the company’s mission, a sensitive awareness of the value of people and situations, the ability to see the whole issue and capacity to move into the detail with skill - while being an effective leader along the way.
