Experience has taught me the formula for effective attention to people. It involves basic ingredients that are often forgotten - but can make such a difference. The way I see it, good client service and business in general are based on simple values and a lot of it has to do with trust. People need to know that you are aware of their challenges and obstacles, that you can actually do what you say, they can rely on it happening in an agreed time and you will stand by them to see that it happens. I can generate that trust well and honour it, with real concern for the welfare of clients. To me that is a natural pleasure – not a task.

So what I bring to any workplace is a real interest in being the best person for the job. That sounds simple - but it means helping to pave the way for growth and development, adding some value of my own for the success of the team – and working towards a plan for a solid future to keep that happening. As a logical and sensible person, I can do what is needed to achieve the purpose - and modify obstacles to make them assets when there is the need. What I need in return is some real satisfaction and a sense of doing something worthwhile with good people. I am a very dedicated person with people who deserve that quality and I am prepared to devote the time, attention, energy and enthusiasm to making my involvement in a sensible position worthwhile. I look forward to your reaction and thank you for your time so far
